Refund policy

7 Day Return Period

  • You will have 7 calendar days from the product’s arrival to examine if it meets your expectation.
  • Unopened, unused or otherwise defective product can be returned or exchanged.
  • The 7 Day Return Period is not a “Trial Period.” The returned product must be brand new and unused, and all packaging must be complete (including the product itself, accessories, bonus gifts, and original factory package)
  • Original factory box and packaging are considered as parts of the product. Return will not be honored if any of the original factory packaging is damaged or missing.

Product Registration

  • Please register your product as soon as possible to activate the warranty services.
  • Please retain the purchase receipt as a proof of your purchase.

Warranty Period

  • The ship date is regarded as the date of purchase receipt issued.
  • If the registration date is more than a month from the ship date, the registration date would be regarded as the ship date. 
  • The warranty period is from the date of ship date or the registration date (whichever is later) and continues for a period of 90 days.

Return

  • If a product return is required, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. 
  • If free shipping or other discount were given during the ordering process, and the customer is only returning part(s) of the order, the customer shall be responsible for the difference in the order amount, or allow JINGLE to deduct shipping charges from the return amount.

Exchange of Defecive Product

  • The deterioration of the exterior appearance and the sewing of the product are the typical wear of normal usage and are therefore not included in the exchange of the manufacture warranty.
  • If the product is defective upon delivery, please send a message to the JINGLE Facebook page. A JINGLE representative will confirm the defective product and initiate the exchange process if necessary. 
  • The product will not be covered by the warranty exchange policy if the damage and/or defect is caused by the improper use of the product, or by the unauthorized dissembling of the product.

Refund

  • Upon the completion of the return, we will refund your money in 7 business days (not including holidays).
